項目整體商業(yè)面積約4萬平方米，我們從北海的地緣文化、區(qū)域資源、人文歷史著手，為老碼頭商街尋根找魂，找尋差異化的情感共鳴及設(shè)計亮點，將其定位為“北海濱水文娛休閑度假港 ”，打造集在地文化體驗、多元復(fù)合餐飲、主題品質(zhì)零售、趣味主題娛樂、深度夜間體驗于一體的全場景消費綜合商業(yè)街區(qū)，為消費者描摹一幅濱海文藝生活畫卷，提供一個歡樂的歸屬地。

北海因海而生，伴海而興，屬于她的商業(yè)街也將由“?！鄙l(fā)。我們結(jié)合北海的城市特點和地貌特性，將文化藝術(shù)元素與自然人文特征相協(xié)調(diào)，在碼頭文化、疍家文化、海洋文化的故事背景下，以休閑和自然的畫風(fēng)構(gòu)筑一個濱水文娛休閑度假港，北海休閑生活樣本，規(guī)劃出三大組團——疍家文化主題街區(qū)『越瀾坊』、開埠文化主題街區(qū)『1876』、濱海酒吧街『海畔夜市』。

秦末漢初開始，北海就是與東南亞等地區(qū)進行海外貿(mào)易的重要港口，是我國“海上絲綢之路”的始發(fā)港之一。到70年代末，旅越華僑歸國回北海發(fā)展，為這座城市注入了越南風(fēng)情，使其更具有多元文化的融合色彩。

At the end of Qin Dynasty and the beginning of Han Dynasty, the North Sea was an important port for overseas trade with Southeast Asia and West Asia, and it was one of the original ports of China's 'Maritime Silk Road'. By the end of the 1970s, overseas Chinese who had traveled in Vietnam returned to Beihai for development, injecting Vietnamese customs into the city and making it more colorful with multicultural integration.

1876年《煙臺條約》的簽訂使北海與宜昌、溫州、蕪湖一同被開辟為通商口岸，北海由此成為我國近代西南地區(qū)重要的商港，英國、德國、法國、意大利等國家相繼在這兒設(shè)立公司，建造了一批歐式風(fēng)格的樓宇。

In 1876, China and Britain signed the Treaty of Yantai, and Beihai was opened as a treaty port together with Yichang, Wenzhou and Wuhu. Beihai became an important commercial port in southwest China in modern times. Britain, Germany, France and Italy successively set up companies here and built a number of European-style buildings.

北海的夜生活離不開海，徐徐海風(fēng)便是最好的下酒菜。曾經(jīng)的疍家鄉(xiāng)土風(fēng)情、港池漁船的星光點點與今天的濱海文化交匯，夜色與海浪聲的烘托之下，彌漫出最美妙的微醺氛圍。
