錯(cuò)誤原因：virtualbox版本與vagrant版本不對(duì)應(yīng)，無法默認(rèn)以virtualbox啟動(dòng)，導(dǎo)致用hyperv啟動(dòng)（開啟hyperv也沒用，會(huì)導(dǎo)致找不到離線下載的box），強(qiáng)制用virtualbox啟動(dòng)需要加上 --provider=virtualbox，加上后提示版本錯(cuò)誤不對(duì)應(yīng)，并且提示了可用版本。
