小泓歷粵食餐廳是一家以“溫度的哲學”為主題，以“小奢適的情懷酒店”為場景感的港式餐廳。Xiao Hong Li, a Cantonese restaurant, themed on “philosophy of temperature”, aims to provide customers with enjoyable eating environment.放松并不是一個終點目的，為的是可以持續(xù)動下去。地處市中心，小泓歷希望給予一些消費者場景氛圍的關(guān)懷。他們在日復(fù)一日的城市生活中感受到壓力，渴望有一個短暫的紓解自我，療愈身心的場所，短暫避世，稍作喘息后重返現(xiàn)實生活。Relaxation is not an end in itself but the motivation that encourages us to move on. Located in the center of the city, Xiao Hong Li Restaurant hopes to provide warmth and care to customers who are under heavy pressure in the daily life in city and yearn for a temporary place to relieve themselves. They hope to temporarily escape from the busy world and return to real life after taking a brief rest.所以，餐廳以度假酒店為靈感主題，把所有的溫柔都留給顧客，通過細節(jié)展示酒店的精致與溫度，傳達一種終于品質(zhì)的新生活態(tài)度。To that end, the restaurant takes the resort hotel as the inspiration, hoping to provide all the gentleness to the customers and convey a new attitude towards life with the fine and warm details about the hotel.小泓歷餐廳的創(chuàng)始人深諳酒店管理之道，對度假旅居場所的意義有著更為深刻的領(lǐng)悟與見解。因此，設(shè)計師結(jié)合港式地域文化與藝術(shù)底蘊，以香港新古典主義風格將餐廳塑造為上世紀的度假伊甸園酒店，整體呈現(xiàn)出田園般的寧靜意韻與圣堂般的典雅氣質(zhì)，讓人感受到經(jīng)典與復(fù)古是一種永不過時的潮流。The founder of Xiao Hong Li Restaurant is well versed in hotel management and has a more profound understanding about the meaning of vacation. Therefore, the designer combines Hong Kong style regional culture and artistic background, hopes to build the restaurant as the last century's Eden Hotel by virtue of the Hong Kong neoclassical style, so that the overall display of idyllic tranquility and elegant temperament could make people realize that classic and retro are a long-lasting trend that will never go out of style.
Check in with pleasure Set off for holidays 欣然入住 啟程假日之旅 餐廳門頭選取自然的奶油色調(diào)，在暖調(diào)燈影的映射下，似云層中的沉沉暮光，呈現(xiàn)出落日黃昏的治愈感。設(shè)計師將空間元素解構(gòu)重組，皆有復(fù)古拱形窗的有序排列，強調(diào)古典主義建筑的秩序感。為凸顯酒店主題的詩意爛漫，外立面稍許點綴了復(fù)古圖案，使整體設(shè)計在盎然綠意中彰顯勃勃生機。 The storefront signboard is painted with the natural cream color, which looks like the heavy twilight in the clouds under the irradiation of the warm lighting shadow, showing a healing feeling of sunset. The designer emphasizes the sense of order of classical architecture by deconstructing and reorganizing the space elements, putting the retro arched windows in good order. Furthermore, in order to highlight the poetic romance of the hotel theme, the designer slightly decorates the facade with some retro patterns, so that the overall design looks full of vitality in the lush green. 沿襲酒店主題的靈感，前臺的塑造如同老電影中的酒店一樣，完整還原了顧客Check in，在房卡放置柜拿取房間鑰匙的場景，讓接待流程極富儀式感。顧客穿過長廊，將心情慢慢舒緩下來，從這里開始享受精致的港式茶點與悠然的度假時光。As for the design of the reception, the designer still follows the inspiration of the hotel theme, restores the scene of customers’ checking in and taking the room key from the room card cabinet, making the reception process highly ceremonial. When customers walk through the corridor, they are about to relax themselves and enjoy the exquisite Hong Kong-style refreshments and leisurely vacation time. 穿廊歩轉(zhuǎn)，大廳復(fù)古內(nèi)斂的鋪陳風格猶如60至70年代工業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的香港，銅制燈具與拱頂立柱等細節(jié)極具西方古典特色，令人立即融入老香港的時光記憶之中，讓定格的靜好時光瞬間鮮活起來。 Walking through the corridor, you’ll find that the restrained style of the hall is like Hong Kong in the 1960s and 1970s when the industry was booming. Details such as copper lamps and arches are very typical of western classical features, which make people instantly evoke the memory of old Hong Kong and feel as if the frozen good time becomes vivid and fresh.
卡座的設(shè)計應(yīng)用了客房的主題元素，每個座位用號碼牌標注為房間號，趣味感和精致感具備的同時，也將就餐區(qū)域自然而然地劃分出來，使每個卡座獨立為安靜一隅，在公共空間中獨家定制私享體驗，令每一位顧客都能感受到假期應(yīng)有的靜謐與暢意。 You can find that some elements in guest rooms are here in the design of booth. Each seat is marked with a number plate as the room number. While customers having a sense of interest and delicacy, the dining area is divided naturally, making each booth an independent quiet corner that provide customized private experience in the public space, so that every customer can feel the quietness and joy of the holiday. 
走在復(fù)古的廊道，體驗感將會在這酒店般的場景感中得到進一步匯聚。 Walking through the retro corridors, the experience will be further converged and intensified in this hotel-like setting.
Tearoom Feel French romance 花廳茶歇
感受法式浪漫 花園區(qū)域的塑造以體現(xiàn)光線為切入點。金色的光線穿過肆意舒展的綠植，羅馬立柱與石膏拱門，在變幻的自然光照下，灑在地面的形狀出現(xiàn)了不同的造型。 The design of the garden aims to emphasize the light here. Golden light passes through the uncurving green plants. The shadows of Roman columns and plaster arches are different under the changing natural light. 
屋頂花園區(qū)域的桌椅選用了戶外花園椅，私密的草坪，馥郁鮮花和精致美食，讓駐留于此的顧客仿佛露天野餐一樣，感受到陽光的溫度、時間的流淌。白天，整個空間布滿金色光澤；夜晚，看窗外紅燈綠燈的變換，都與我無關(guān)。 The tables and chairs in the roof garden are some outdoor garden chairs. The private lawn, fragrant flowers and exquisite food make customers want to stay here longer to feel the temperature of sunshine and the flow of time as if having a picnic in the open air. In the daytime, the whole space is in golden color. At night, the changing red ad green lights out of the window have nothing to do with you.
坐在窗邊，聽著唱片里面的法式慵懶女聲，浪漫氣氛令人著迷。 You only need to sit by the window and listen to the French languid female voice in the record. The romantic atmosphere is so fascinating.Gardenbreak Feel like on Roman holiday 游園小憩
身臨羅馬假日 借用軟裝區(qū)域的空間，將中心區(qū)域做一個圍合，形成圓形庭院的場景感受，成為一個循環(huán)的中心。 By borrowing the space of soft decoration area, the designer makes the central area enclosed to form a scene of circular courtyard, thus becoming a circular center.
羅馬式建筑的底子，有力量感和歷史感。古典氛圍再現(xiàn)，讓人感覺仿佛身臨羅馬，歷史與當代若即若離。 The foundation of Romanesque architecture has a sense of power and history. The classical atmosphere is reproduced, making people feel as if they are in Rome.
午后余暉穿透，光與影的糾纏交織豐富了空間的視覺層次，在藝術(shù)圓頂軟膜燈箱下，整個前廳籠上美術(shù)館般的藝術(shù)氛圍，柔和的光線漫射四周，使人沉浸于電影畫面中的西式后花園。 Thanks to the afterglow of the afternoon, the entangling of light and shadow enriches the visual level of the space. Under the soft film light box of the art dome, the whole antechamster has an art atmosphere like an art museum. The soft light diffuses around, making people immersed in the Western-style back garden of movie pictures.
Enjoy a drink on the terrace 樓臺小bar 享受露臺小酌 這一區(qū)域稍作昏暗，精致的黃銅燈具，星星點點的燈光，將露臺的愜意氛圍打造出來，形成了傍晚的別致基調(diào)，城市人的休憩綠洲少不酒精的香純。This is a dimly-lit area. The exquisite brass lamps and sprinkles of light create a pleasant atmosphere of the terrace, forming the chic tone of the evening for people. Of course, the pure fragrance of alcohol is good for rest for people living in cities.
光影交錯下的吧臺，實際上是餐廳的明廚出餐口。就這樣，味覺的故事和感官變化同時發(fā)生，充滿了戲劇張力。體驗著新都市生活方式，這里適合休憩和做夢。 The counter under the crisscrossed light and shadow is actually the serving area. In this way, the story of taste and sensory changes, full of dramatic tension, just take place simultaneously. You could take a rest after experiencing the new urban lifestyle.
