劉建魁，男，1939年出生，共產(chǎn)黨員。中國書畫函大，河北省定興縣退休干部。從事文化教育工作30余年,曾任文化站站長，文化館館長，文化局主任職務。 現(xiàn)為中華一級書法師，河北省書法家協(xié)會會員，中國書畫研究院會員，翰墨書畫院院士，黃庭堅書法協(xié)會藝術顧問。

退休后為繼續(xù)傳承中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化，弘揚社會主義精神文明建設，積極參加社會公益事業(yè)，多次參加全國性書畫大賽。其作品入選《紅色之旅中國功勛藝術家珍跡典藏》、《慶祝2008北京奧運全國書畫作品集》、《中國書畫家大典》、《懷念開國主席毛澤東全國邀請展獲獎作品集》等30余部作品集并被收藏。其作品獲金獎、銀獎、一等獎。授予“中國書畫百杰”’、“中國藝壇名家”、“中國和諧之星”等榮譽稱號。 作品有很多不足之處，歡迎各界領導和同仁們給予批評指導。
