并非缺朋少友

而是心中的迷茫與彷徨

忘了自己來自何方

不知該去何處

我們的痛苦

并非只是珍愛的人與物不在了

而是靈魂深處缺了寧靜

在浮躁中不知不覺

拆卸了自己的信念支撐

我們所需要的

其實(shí)并非別人的憐憫或關(guān)懷

而是一種樂觀豁達(dá)

涵養(yǎng)升華的自助精神

Our loneliness in life doesn't originate from lack of friends, but from the confusion and anxiety, forgetting where we are coming from and where we are heading for. Our pain doesn't come from the loss of cherished ones but from lack of inner peace in soul, which have shattered our faith support. What we really need is not the sympathy or caring from others, but a kind optimistic, open-minded self-assistance spirit, which sublime our virtues over time.
