We found that the Seller and Artist names associated with your app does not reflect the name, "China Unicom," in the app and/or its name and metadata.



To be appropriate for the App Store, your app must be published under a Seller name and Artist name that reflects China Unicom, as required by the iOS Developer Program License Agreement.



Section 1.2:

"You" and "Your" means and refers to the person(s) or legal entity (whether the company, organization, educational institution, or governmental agency, instrumentality, or department) using the Apple Software or otherwise exercising rights under this Agreement. For the sake of clarity, You may authorize contractors to develop Applications on Your behalf, but any such Applications must be submitted under Your developer account.



The Seller name is your Vendor Content Provider name in iTunes Connect. For information on how to address this issue, please contact Developer Program Support or by phone.



The Artist name is the Company name in iTunes Connect. For information on how to address this issue, please contact iTunes Connect Contact Us, by selecting "iTunes Connect Functionality Questions," then, "General iTunes Connect Inquiry>," and entering your request.

We found that your app includes a feature, or features, that mimic an iOS interface or behavior, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.



The rounded icons in one tab of your app are very similar to icons on iOS home screen. Please refer to the attached screenshot for additional information.



It would be appropriate to remove or revise these features to make them distinctly different from the iOS behaviors and interfaces to avoid causing user confusion. While the guideline specifies iPod interfaces, the spirit of the guideline includes all iOS interfaces and behaviors.

Our customers are 3G users in ChongQing Unicom.



Where and how to receive VIP membership? What is the cost?



A 3G user will automatically become our VIP customers. According to diferent type of memberships and customer class, VIP customers are classified as prime card, diamond card, golden card and silver card, in order to provide corresponding service.

The Cost is free.

We found that your app does not follow the iOS Data Storage Guidelines, which is required per the App Store Review Guidelines.



In particular, we found that on launch and/or content download, your app stores 10.9MB. To check how much data your app is storing:



- Install and launch your app

- Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage

- If necessary, tap "Show all apps"

- Check your app's storage



The iOS Data Storage Guidelines indicate that only content that the user creates using your app, e.g., documents, new files, edits, etc., may be stored in the /Documents directory - and backed up by iCloud.



Temporary files used by your app should only be stored in the /tmp directory; please remember to delete the files stored in this location when the user exits the app.



Data that can be recreated but must persist for proper functioning of your app - or because customers expect it to be available for offline use - should be marked with the "do not back up" attribute. For NSURL objects, add the NSURLIsExcludedFromBackupKey attribute to prevent the corresponding file from being backed up. For CFURLRef objects, use the corresponding kCFURLIsExcludedFromBackupKey attribute.

It is necessary to revise your app to meet the requirements of the iOS Data Storage Guidelines.

APP蘋果審核心路歷程
蘋果對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)者提交的應(yīng)用的審核之嚴(yán)格是出了名的,在提交申請(qǐng)之前,了解蘋果的審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)于開(kāi)發(fā)者防止應(yīng)用被拒有著十分重要的意義。盡管開(kāi)發(fā)者在提交之前貌似都做好了準(zhǔn)備,但是你的準(zhǔn)備真的可以了嗎?
每一個(gè)在蘋果的APP Store中通過(guò)申請(qǐng)的應(yīng)用背后都有一篇血淚史,回想三個(gè)月之前為了應(yīng)用審核通過(guò)與蘋果幾個(gè)回合的唇槍舌箭,其間的曲折反復(fù)今日想來(lái)仍是唏噓不已。在此就將其間的經(jīng)理細(xì)細(xì)道來(lái),以供各位IOS開(kāi)發(fā)者借鑒。
我們申請(qǐng)的IOS應(yīng)用是為重慶聯(lián)通做的與其VIP客戶溝通的一款產(chǎn)品,在提交審核之前,先是以自己公司的身份申請(qǐng)了一個(gè)IDP,以此身份提交審核程序。提交一周后問(wèn)題來(lái)了,直接被蘋果拒掉,理由是我們不能以自己身份的IDP提交該程序的審核申請(qǐng)。樓主反復(fù)查看資料才知道,原來(lái)凡是程序名中包含程序界面設(shè)計(jì)中涉及到“聯(lián)通字樣”“聯(lián)通LOGO”“沃字樣”等等的都要以運(yùn)營(yíng)商自己的IDP提交程序?qū)徍???拥?,我們趕緊重新在重慶聯(lián)通的IDP上提交申請(qǐng)。
蘋果號(hào)稱是一周的審核周期,即應(yīng)用提交一周后會(huì)有反饋信息。果然,一周后蘋果的反饋信息,忐忑的一周等待啊!結(jié)果我等來(lái)了神馬啊,等來(lái)的又是拒絕啊,差點(diǎn)崩潰!對(duì)自己的程序是相當(dāng)有自信的啊,又被拒絕了,無(wú)異于一把鈍刀在割肉啊!顫顫巍巍的看了蘋果的反饋。算是不大不小的一個(gè)失誤,我說(shuō)是失誤,原因是蘋果的審核規(guī)則也在時(shí)更時(shí)新,所以,親愛(ài)的開(kāi)發(fā)者朋友一定時(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注他的最新規(guī)則?;氐秸},蘋果拒絕的理由是我們的應(yīng)用違反了其規(guī)則中的第8.3條條款,即在程序里嵌入了圓角圖標(biāo)。知道原因后迅速討論出解決方案解決,重新提交應(yīng)用,又進(jìn)入焦急地等待階段
第二次申請(qǐng)?zhí)峤煌瓿珊?,歷時(shí)一周,等來(lái)的是蘋果方面的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題,蘋果的審核員不清楚我們服務(wù)的用戶誰(shuí),如何獲得我們的用戶,在此過(guò)程中需要投入多少。這些都是細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題。其實(shí)不太清楚蘋果審核員在審核一個(gè)程序過(guò)程中都要考慮的這么全面,事已至此,審核完全停滯,只能盡快回答問(wèn)題,在當(dāng)天就對(duì)此進(jìn)行了反饋,應(yīng)用重新恢復(fù)成In Review狀態(tài),繼續(xù)焦急等待。
題外話:這件事給我們的啟發(fā)是:不要指望蘋果的審核人員能巨細(xì)靡遺地去探究你的App,人家一天要審核全球成千上萬(wàn)的應(yīng)用,要讓他們第一眼看到你的用途、用戶群等。
好不容易又等了一個(gè)周期,等來(lái)的不是通過(guò)竟然又是拒絕,說(shuō)實(shí)話,當(dāng)時(shí)都是絕望了,怎么就這么坎坷呢,強(qiáng)掙扎看完他拒絕的理由,好吧,這次他又發(fā)現(xiàn)新的問(wèn)題“程序在用戶文檔目錄存儲(chǔ)了PDF文件,違反了數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)規(guī)范”。后來(lái)我們查閱蘋果的規(guī)范文檔,發(fā)現(xiàn)確實(shí)是有類似條款規(guī)定,但是太容易被忽視。看來(lái)蘋果對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)的要求相當(dāng)嚴(yán)格。
又是一番修改,經(jīng)此一事,不可避免的審核計(jì)劃又延后了,說(shuō)實(shí)話至此真是已經(jīng)筋疲力盡了,感覺(jué)看不到邊了,盡管我們還是堅(jiān)信程序沒(méi)問(wèn)題了應(yīng)該,但是這種不直接的溝通方式,以及每次都是為期一周的審核周期已經(jīng)在心理上給我們施以了巨大地壓力。
盡管如此,修改完成以后的程序還是迅速的提交審核,并且對(duì)他的最新條款進(jìn)行了逐條的研究,沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,這次應(yīng)該沒(méi)問(wèn)題了,我在心里這樣催眠
一周以后,正好是一周之后,收到蘋果的郵件及結(jié)果,當(dāng)時(shí)距離我們計(jì)劃要發(fā)布上線的時(shí)間已經(jīng)整整遲了一個(gè)月的時(shí)間,可以想見(jiàn)我們當(dāng)時(shí)等待的焦急心情。事情往往是這樣,越盼望什么往往得不到什么,這次還是拒絕。此處省略上千字表達(dá)當(dāng)時(shí)心情,已不愿回憶。這次拒絕的理由是什么呢,蘋果認(rèn)為我們對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行了任意限制,這次的理由實(shí)在是讓我們摸不到頭腦了,幾經(jīng)討論之后,我們進(jìn)行了申訴并對(duì)他的拒絕理由進(jìn)行了解釋,因?yàn)閂IP客戶端應(yīng)用針對(duì)的是聯(lián)通的用戶,但是其實(shí)不必要登錄才可以使用,未登錄狀態(tài)下,任何用戶都可以使用8個(gè)功能中的6個(gè)。
在此之后的等待是最心急的,這次很不正常的不是一周就有答復(fù)了,等了整整21天,在此期間我們嘗試郵件,嘗試申請(qǐng)加急審核流程,都未能順利加快申請(qǐng)速度,最終終于通過(guò)。
總結(jié)其間的一些禁言教訓(xùn),得到這篇血淚史,但是在決定要提交審核時(shí)一定要注意:
1、 蘋果的審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)極其嚴(yán)格(有些條款甚至嚴(yán)格到變態(tài))。從產(chǎn)品策劃、設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)階段就要去閱讀關(guān)注蘋果專門的開(kāi)發(fā)者審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),否則等提交審核以后再查驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),極大可能出現(xiàn)超出預(yù)期發(fā)布時(shí)間的問(wèn)題。到此時(shí)解決問(wèn)題的成本大大提高了。?所以了解蘋果的審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)極其重要。
2、 如果對(duì)上架時(shí)間有嚴(yán)格的要求,一旦被拒絕,可以試著走一下蘋果的加急審核流程,但必須有足夠充分的理由(例如為了趕上某一時(shí)間點(diǎn)前的特定活動(dòng),或是緊急修復(fù)bug)。通常一個(gè)App只有一次走加急審核流程的機(jī)會(huì),所以要用在非常必要的場(chǎng)合。使用加急流程后,審核的時(shí)間同樣不可預(yù)期,快的時(shí)候次日就能完成(正常流程是8天左右)。
3、 作為開(kāi)發(fā)者跟蘋果周旋,一定要內(nèi)心強(qiáng)大。
