2. Revise the Past Progressive Tense by asking the Ss to make up some sentences like:

First gave them two models, in pairs.

2. Fill in the table first. Then interview two classmates.

3. Write down their interview dialogues, and then check in pairs.

通過Greeting消除了陌生感,拉近師生間的距離。并且通過復(fù)習(xí)現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)自然地過渡到過去進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài),同時(shí)處理了新單詞around.

小組活動(dòng)中,創(chuàng)設(shè)了情景,采用了生生互動(dòng)的形式,因而讓全體學(xué)生都能夠參與到學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)中。在聽說訓(xùn)練中掌握復(fù)習(xí)、體驗(yàn)過去進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)的用法,并且掌握了新短語at around 的用法。增加了課堂的參與度,提高了訓(xùn)練的密度和強(qiáng)度。

1、背誦對話,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生瞬時(shí)記憶能力,同時(shí)為采訪做準(zhǔn)備; 2、學(xué)生填表格,運(yùn)用剛剛背誦的對話結(jié)構(gòu)在班內(nèi)進(jìn)行采訪,在有意義的語境中運(yùn)用了學(xué)過的過去進(jìn)行時(shí),該活動(dòng)寓抽象的語法復(fù)習(xí)于生動(dòng)真實(shí)的交際活動(dòng)中。既培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生口頭交際能力,又為寫對話做了鋪墊;3、學(xué)生寫對話,及時(shí)把口頭訓(xùn)練的成果落實(shí)到筆頭表達(dá)。4、兩個(gè)例句,讓學(xué)生理解kid的用法,干脆利索,火候把握精確。

此一環(huán)節(jié)是本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn),盡管生詞不多,但既抽象又難讀,如果不能突破,則下一步驟難以進(jìn)行。教師進(jìn)行的教學(xué)活動(dòng)是:

1、領(lǐng)讀,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)讀音;2、同位檢查互批互糾讀音;3chant深入解決單詞讀音,學(xué)習(xí)單詞用法,形成讀音→單詞(詞義)→短語→句子一條線,用生動(dòng)形象的方法學(xué)習(xí)抽象的單詞,既激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,又讓學(xué)生從音、形、意上(特別是讀音)掌握單詞,同時(shí)為學(xué)習(xí)課文掃清語言障礙。

教學(xué)過程:

復(fù)習(xí)任務(wù)一  Class report

報(bào)告的內(nèi)容必須和本模塊的話題有關(guān)。報(bào)告者先提出問題再進(jìn)行報(bào)告,然后學(xué)生回答問題。點(diǎn)評:Class report既復(fù)習(xí)了本模塊的話題,又訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的聽力。學(xué)生們帶著問題聽報(bào)告會(huì)更有針對性。

復(fù)習(xí)任務(wù)二  Words and expressions

Step1:  檢查《同步》 Words and expressions Exx1-2 and then discuss in groups.

點(diǎn)評:對單詞和短語的復(fù)習(xí)已提前在課下進(jìn)行,《同步》也要求盡量在課下完成,課上只對Words and expressions進(jìn)行抽查。小組討論體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí),使學(xué)生對單詞理解得更透徹。教師只對疑難問題進(jìn)行解惑。

 

Step2: 習(xí)題:用所給動(dòng)詞的適當(dāng)形式填空。

總評

在本節(jié)初三復(fù)習(xí)課上,該教師的課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)不再拘泥于對詞語和課文的理解、背誦,而是把大量的時(shí)間花在對所學(xué)知識(shí)的運(yùn)用上,用本單元的詞、短語、句式等進(jìn)行口、筆頭造句和作文。采用的形式也豐富多樣。從聽、說、讀、寫等方面進(jìn)行全方位的訓(xùn)練與提高。因此學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力得以提升。由于給學(xué)生提供了很多口頭表達(dá)、對話交流的場景,這對學(xué)生的心理素質(zhì)、表達(dá)的膽量、趣味的提升、成就感自信心的形成大有裨益。

但本節(jié)課仍有極少部分同學(xué)處于“靜觀其變、不以為然、不為所動(dòng)”的狀態(tài),似乎教學(xué)中熱烈的語言交融與己無關(guān)。因此,教師在組織課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)中還要多關(guān)注這些英語學(xué)習(xí)中的“弱勢群體”,做到個(gè)個(gè)能張口,人人能表達(dá),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)面向全體,人盡其能的民主和諧、活潑緊張的創(chuàng)新課堂。
