BANGKOK, May 4 (Xinhua) -- The United front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) does not reject a reconciliation plan raised by Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva a day ago, core leader Veera Musigapong said Tuesday.

However, the anti-government UDD group has demanded four points from the government, including setting a specific date for House dissolution, the core leader said.

Also, the prime minister has no authority to set an election date on Nov. 14, Jatuporn Promphan another anti-government core leader said.

The power has belonged to the country's Election Commission (EC) .

The anti-government UDD group has demanded the government to show sincerity towards the reconciliation roadmap by stopping all kinds of intimidation towards the UDD or "red-shirts" protesters, core leader Natthawut Saikua said.

Veera has affirmed that the UDD core leaders will not seek amnesty from being charged with cases including terrorism and the core leaders are ready to fight the charges.

In a related development, the anti-government "red-shirts" will not disperse until Prime Minister Abhisit announced the date for the House dissolution, Natthawut said.
